The pens can be used in the morning and at night to whiten your smile, alleviate any sensitivity issues, and make your smile more resistant to staining. Twist the bottom of the pen until a bubble of liquid forms at the top of the brush. Paint the solution onto your teeth and let it sit for 30 seconds. Do not rinse with water. You can spit out any excess solution. Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking anything. The enamel booster should be used in the morning after brushing your teeth. The whitening pen should be used at night after brushing your teeth.
